We are now seeking a driven and relationship-building Account Manager for our office in Jönköping. Here you will play a key role in our continued expansion in Jönköping – a market where opportunities are plentiful and development potential is high.
Your role:
As an Account Manager, you are an important part of our regional sales team. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying new business opportunities to creating long-term customer relationships and further developing collaborations with our existing clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Proactively create new customer relationships and business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture existing customer contacts.
- Be responsible for customer agreements, business development, and sales based on your own sales budget.
- Drive the staffing work for our IT consultants in the region.
- Create and present attractive offers and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with consulting managers, sales colleagues, and the regional manager.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, proactive, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence both your own and the region's development. We believe you have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or IT industry, and that you are used to working independently and structured towards set goals. You have strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English, and are a team player who enjoys collaborating closely with colleagues and other functions within the organization. Your business understanding is combined with a consultative approach and a strong desire to create value for the customer.
